Hi Tina,

It was wonderful meeting you and working with you all week. I was extremely impressed with everyone in our group. We had such a great group of like minded individuals that came from every walk of life that were eager to learn all that they could about embroidery and how they could really begin to profit from their embroidery business.

I had a great time teaching the classes and spending time getting to know you everyone in the group. The networking was wonderful and the excursions were a lot of fun. I am looking forward to the next embroidery cruise and I know that Kathleen is very excited about the next cruise also.

You and Sue White of TripsAHoy.com did a great job putting this event together. It was very well planned and I know that everyone else felt the same way!

Joyce~

Finally after all these years being a member of your Embroidery Tips and More site I finally got to meet you and your daughter Kathleen, what a pleasure it was spending a whole week with the two of you.
I have to say that as usual the classes were full of information and even though I have attended the classes on your webinars before I always pick up something from attending your classes with you. The interaction we had with fellow embroidery owners was unbelievable. Lots of great things were shared among all of us!
I certainly hope you will consider doing this again with us...

Thank you;

Hello Joyce,

I understand that you are on a cruise and hope that means you will not respond immediately.

Ken Chadwick from Hirsch recommended your services. We are a bedding company and we are considering offering our customers monogramming services. I understand you have worked with Matouk. They are lovely people with great products and are our neighbors at the NY Gift Show.

I am interested to know which of your services you recommend for a company at this stage of considering monogramming and what would your fees be?

Some of the questions we have:
Is it worth the effort and investment?
Is there enough add-on value for our existing products that there will be demand and willingness to pay for monogramming services?
We have plenty of space for a machine but would need to train (how many?) people to use it.
What is the best machine for our needs and the best supplier?
What's the difference between a specialty font and digitized images for creating 12-16" monograms?
Is there a "normal" rate of error we should build in to our costs?

I can be reached via the above email address and at 413-629-2385.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Kate

4:30 or 5:00 works best for me during the day as that's at the end of a business day.
Out of your choices - 11:00 or 4:00.
